With the Honeywell HomMed® Health Monitoring System, our nurses can manage your health seven days a week. In less than three minutes, health data is easily collected in your home and securely transmitted to our office. If the data collected indicates a need for intervention or if you fail to collect your health status information when prompted, we’ll take appropriate action.
